Delivery

FREE delivery on all orders to UK addresses!  You should receive your purchase within 2-3 working days from when you place your order. Your items will be delivered Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Refunds

Our no-quibble money back guarantee lasts 90 days.  If  90 days have passed and your item is defective we will exchange for as long as you own the product. Registration for lifetime guarantee is required.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Items should be returned to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The below conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged under our lifetime guarantee.  Please send an email to returns@sharpkitchenknives.co.uk stating the reason for an exchange.  To complete your exchange, we just require your lifetime guarantee registration and proof of purchase.

Return Postage

You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable postal service or purchase postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
